Teen Arts Festival


Guidelines for a Successful Teen Arts Festival

1.    Adequate chaperones should be provided for your students. We recommend a ratio of (1) chaperone per (20) students.

2.    All parental questions or inquiries on the day of the festival should be directed to Roxanna Hurst or Rae Svecz. In the event of an emergency or a need to locate a student, please call this number 609-202-9712.

3.    Students should limit their visitation to only the Sol Davidow Hall. Students are not to go onto the balcony of the Field House.

4.    Please emphasize to your students that they should be courteous and remain quiet during performances. Entering or leaving a venue during a performance is PROHIBITED.

5.    Touching any of the exhibits or displays is PROHIBITED.

6.    Food and beverages may be purchased at Bondi & Son Concessions, located outside at the front of the building. There are also vending machines available in the hallway.

7.    Food or beverages may be eaten in the lobby area but must not be take into any of the performance areas.

8.    Please inform your students that this is a non-smoking event and school rules apply. NO SMOKING anywhere, inside the building or on the campus of the college.

9.    A variety of activities are offered. Please encourage your student to attend workshops and performances. A schedule of events will be provided upon arrival.
